How to Order?
1. Navigate through the website, click on the products you're interested in and review product descriptions etc. and click the 'Add to Cart' button. Review your items by clicking My Cart button on the upper right side of the website. You may click Continue Shopping if you wish to add more items to your cart.
2. Click Check Out if you wish to proceed to the check out page.
3. Fill out the Check Out Form with your complete delivery details, choose the Shipping and Payment Option then click on the Complete Order button. Payment details are posted upon check out.
4. All orders should be considered final and may not be changed. An Order Confirmation Email will be sent automatically after check out. Payment details for payment first basis are posted upon check
4,1 Kindly settle your payment within 24 hours from placement of order. Submit your proof of payment through our Payment Confirmation Tool located under Customer Care or click here: Payment Confirmation Tool,
5. Regular orders will be out for shipping after 3 - 8 working days upon check out. Orders under Pre Order will be out for shipping after 4 - 6 processing weeks. Rush processing is not available. Kindly wait for an email regarding your order shipping status containing the waybill number to be sent once your order has been shipped.
Note: We will only take orders from our website. Orders through Instagram and Facebook will not be processed.

Return and Refund Policy?
Strictly NO RETURN POLICY.
We will accept orders to be refunded ONLY when we are at fault 48 hours after you received a wrong / damaged item from your package. To address and settle the problem, kindly submit your request here and wait for our response through email regarding your concern.
All orders are double checked. We make sure that the products to be sent are in good condition and are addressed specifically to the customer.
