Return and Refund Policy:
NO VIDEO = NO REFUND
We accept returns within 5 days after receiving the package. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and labels still attached. As part of our safety measures, products that have been worn or tried on will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the shipping/delivery fee for returning the package.
Before shipping the product, we send a photo for proof. We always ensure our parcels to be sent are well-packed, in good condition and specifically addressed to the customer.
If you have received the wrong item/s, contact us at fashionkinetics@gmail.com, specify which products and attach a photo/video for proof. You will receive the correct items without additional costs for the return and/or shipping.
