HOW TO ORDER?
1. Navigate through the website, click on the products you're interested in and review product descriptions, etc. and click the Add to Cart button. Review your items by clicking the My Cart button on the upper right side of the website. You may click Continue Shopping if you wish to add more items to your cart.
2. Click Check Out if you wish to proceed to the checkout page.
3. Fill out the Check-Out Form with your complete delivery details, choose the Shipping and Payment Option then click on the Complete Order button.
Note: Payment details are computed upon check out.
4. All orders should be considered final and may not be changed. An Order Confirmation Email will be sent automatically after check out.
4.1 For non-Cash on Delivery / International Shipping, kindly settle your payment within 24 hours from placement of order. Submit your proof of payment through ‘Contact Us’ button located on the lower right side of the screen. Orders under Non-Cash on Delivery will be shipped out via J&T Express while orders under International Shipping will be shipped out via LBC Express.
4.2 For Cash on Delivery (nationwide only), kindly send us a valid I.D for proof of transaction purposes within 24 hours through the ‘Contact Us' button on the lower right side of the screen. Upon delivery, pay the amount stated on the order confirmation email that will be sent after confirming your order. Orders under Cash on Delivery will be shipped out via J&T Express.
4.3 For Express Shipping, (payment first basis) kindly settle your payment within 24 hours and send us your proof through the ‘Contact Us' button located on the lower right side of the screen. An email containing our pick-up details will be sent once the order is ready for pick-up.
Note: The customer shall shoulder the shipping fee upon pick up and be the one to book the express shipping courier of your choice. (Grab Express, Mr. Speedy, Lalamove, etc.)

5. Orders will be out for shipping after 3 - 5 business days upon check out. Rush processing is not available. For Cash on Delivery and non-Cash on Delivery, kindly wait for an email regarding your order shipping status containing the waybill number to be sent once your order has been shipped.
Note: We will only take orders from our website and Shopee account. Orders through Instagram and Facebook will not be processed.

We ship worldwide.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We will do our best to ship your order within 48 hours. Please note that this is not a guarantee since FASHION KINETICS is still an independent brand, therefore may need 3-5 business days for your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER/S?
An email containing your waybill number will be sent once your order has shipped.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

If your shipping option is through Cash on Delivery, there will be a minimal fee applied for the COD transaction fee by the courier.
DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES?
When ordering within the Philippines, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given shipment rates.
Orders outside the Philippines exclude VAT/tax and duties. Fashion Kinetics is not responsible for any customs you may have to pay to receive your package. Please contact your local customs for further information. Note that custom agents may delay delivery, which Fashion Kinetics is not in control over.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
NO VIDEO = NO REFUND
We accept returns within 5 days after receiving the package. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and labels still attached. As part of our safety measures, products that have been worn or tried on will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the shipping/delivery fee for returning the package. Before shipping the product, we send a photo for proof. We always ensure parcels to be sent are well-packed, in good condition and specifically addressed to the customer.
If you have received the wrong item/s, contact us at email@example.com, specify which products and attach a photo/video for proof. You will receive the correct items without additional costs for the return and/or shipping.
THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED HAS A DEFECT
In case of a product defect, kindly send us a photo of the defect with your order information and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
WILL YOU REFUND THE TAXES AND DUTIES I WAS CHARGED ON MY ORDER UPON DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you these charges. Kindly contact your local customs office to request a refund (taxes and duties are only charged for orders outside the Philippines).
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product has a size chart with measurements on the respective product page.
Our products are unisex. Kindly refer to the specific garment measurements on the respective product page. The size chart is based on approximate body measurements and is referred to as a reference only. Style and fabric can affect how a garment fits.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLE?
We do our best to make sure that our products are made sustainable. If not made by deadstock fabrics, rest assured that they are eco-friendly. You can read more about our sustainable measures here.
ARE THE PRODUCTS UNISEX?
